Application for Special Games with non-LL teams - OWLL 

These forms must be completed as far in advance as possible and submitted to the D2 Administrator, Jim Dean (please copy the OWLL President). The form is required for any games - tournament or exhibition, where the teams being played are either non-Little League or non-D2 teams.
