How to make a payment


Creating your SportsHeadz login:



All baseball participants will need to have a SportsHeadz account to register for our programs. This can (and should) be done in advance of registration opening, and is simple to do! 

 

STEP ONE: Navigate to register.sportsheadz.com and click on the “sign in” button in the upper right corner.

STEP TWO: at the bottom of the dialogue, see the line that says “Don’t have a SportsHeadz account?” and click the sign up link.

STEP THREE: Fill in the required information and click “join now”

STEP FOUR: Go to the email used to register, retrieve the confirmation code and enter it and click confirm.

How to login to your SportsHeadz account:


                                

STEP ONE: Navigate to register.sportsheadz.com and click on the “sign in” button in the upper right corner.

STEP TWO: enter the email and password that you used when you set up your account.

STEP THREE: Note that the login button in the upper right corner has changed to your account information.

Registration step-by-step



STEP ONE: login to your accout and access the registration page.  The page is divided into three sections; relevant registrations, open registrations, and closed registrations. Look for the program that is relevant to your player's age/division.  If it only appears in the open registrations section, you likely have to add your player to your account

Once you have found the correct program/division, click the corresponding "register now" button.

STEP TWO: Select the player that you are registering for this program and click "add to cart".

STEP THREE: If you wish to register for another player or program, click on "keep shopping" and repeat steps one and two.  If you are ready to checkout, click "prceed to checkout".

STEP FOUR: When your cart appears, select "fill out form" to provide the registration details for every player/registration.

STEP FIVE: Your child's basic information will be inserted in the form. Please scroll down and complete all the other requested information, acknowledge the various waivers and policies, then click "save changes" at the bottom.

STEP SIX: Once you have completed and saved the form, you will be returned to your cart where you can pay online via credit card, or offline via cash/cheque or e-transfer.

If you selected "continue to checkout" you will be asked for your credit card details.

If you selected "cash/cheque payment, you will be asked to specify payment type.

STEP SEVEN: Once payement details are finalized, a pop-up appears where you need to click on "finish checkout".

Adding a participant (player) to your account



In order to register your child(ren) for any of our programs, you will first have to add them as a player or participant.

STEP ONE: Login to your account and click on the dropdown menu in the upper right section of the screen.

STEP TWO: Review the list of participants, and click on "create" to add those who are not yet entered.

STEP THREE: A pop-up will appear where you can fill in the necessary details on your player.

STEP FOUR: When finished, scroll to the bottom of the pop-up and click "create" .  Repeat process to add additional players/participants.

How to make a payment:

 

The following are methods of registration and payment for OWLL programs.

Option 1: Register and pay on-line:

  • Register online and pay via credit card.

Option 2: Register on-line and initiate an e-transfer:

  • Register online, opt for off-line payment, and then pay via e-transfer. Please follow these instructions:

  • Initiate an on-line banking e-transfer to [email protected]. Please include the name of the program and the name(s) of the child(ren) being registered in the additional message information.
  • E-transfers are automatically deposited and should not require a password but if your financial institution requires it, please use the birthdate of the youngest child being registered as an eight digit security code; i.e. mm/dd/yyyy becomes mmddyyyy.
  • If your financial institution has special restrictions that make the above security code impossible to use, please contact the OWLL Treasurer for special instructions.

Option 3: Making a payment when you have already registered:

  • Credit card payments are only entered at the time of registration.  If you elected to make offline payment but wish to see if you can change that after registration is finished, please reach out to our registrar.

 

Option 4: Making a payment via cash or cheque:

  • PLEASE NOTE: Due to significant delays in receiving registration forms and payment via regular mail at our P.O. box, we no longer accept payment by mail.

  • Cash or cheque payments can be made at spring sort-out sessions (these normally occur in April). Visit our sort-out page for dates and locations.

  • If all in-person dates have passed, please contact the OWLL Treasurer at [email protected] to arrange for payment by cash or cheque.

 

Option 5: Special funding:

  • If you have applied for special funding through a charitable organization (i.e. JumpStart), please inform our Treasurer

  • These programs take some time to process requests, so please ignore the automated payment reminders/late notices received by our system. 

  • Any balance not covered by the funding request should be paid as promptly as possible.

  • Please note: if you were not able to secure funding but would still like your child to be able to participate in our Little League program, please contact our President. We firmly believe that every child should have the right to play. The league may request that you do volunteer activities in lieu of payment.

 

Registration is completed once payment is received.
