UNIFORM COMMITTEE
Lead:Uniform Manager
Responsibilities include:
Evaluation of next year uniform needs
Inventory of uniforms, caps, coach shirts, dry-fits, t-shirts …
Proposals for uniform purchases
Put together team uniforms for each season
Spring

Uniform distribution (pre-season) & collection (post-season)


EQUIPMENT COMMITTEE
Lead: Equipment Manager
Responsibilities include:
Put together team equipment bags for each season:
Spring
Summer
Fall
Winter
Equipment distribution (pre-season) & collection (post-season)
In-season equipment distribution
Evaluation of next year equipment needs
Inventory of equipment
Proposals for equipment purchases


DIAMOND PLANNING COMMITTEE
Lead: VP Operations
Responsibilities Include:
Pre-season field inspection
Seasonal field evaluations
Creation of a plan for field improvements


ALL GIRLS PROGRAMMING COMMITTEE
Lead: Director of Girls Programming 
Responsibilities Include:
Interfacing with other leagues
Developing Interlock Program
Confirming common rules
Recruiting more female players
Creating more female only programs:
Winter Training
Clinics


SOCIAL MEDIA, COMMUNICATIONS & ADVERTISING COMMITTEE
Lead: Director of Communications
Responsibilities Include:
Boosting leagues Social Media presence
Making sure specific events are promoted – tournaments, District games & performances, Championship events, …
Signage at Diamonds
Advertisements to promote registration - Street signs, newspaper ads, electronic ads, …

COACH & PLAYER DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
Lead: VP Coach and Player Development
Responsibilities Include:
Developing practice plans for Coaches
Input to Equipment purchases for training tools, equipment, …
Develop off-season training programs
Development of Coach Training programs
Investigate third party Coach training/Certification programs
Recruiting coaches
Promoting Coach development
Mentoring new coaches

CHALLENGER COMMITTEE
Lead: Director of Communication
Responsibilities Include:
Information gathering about the program
Seek interested organizations to partner with
Recruiting coaches/helpers
Evaluate diamond needs
Contribute to grant applications
Promote/advertise program
Monitor program
Solicit feedback

COMMUNITY OUTREACH COMMITTEE
Lead: Director of Community Outreach
