April is sort out month at OWLL!! Our sort outs take place over two weekends this year, and players are divided by division and last name.
The full sort out schedule is now available (see image).
There are no sort outs for co-ed tball and GOBL.
All sort outs will be held at the Bell Sensplex, 1565 Maple Grove Road, Kanata.
Players are asked to wear comfortable clothes (t-shirt and baseball pants/sweat pants), a jock/jill, running shoes or indoor cleats (no outdoor cleats permitted), and bring a helmet, glove, water, and a bat if they have one.
Players should plan on arriving 15 minutes before their time slot. They must sign in, collect their number or numbered pinnie, and prepare for warm-up and evaluation activities.
NOTES - Twelve-year-old players who are interested in trying out for the 13U travel ball team should attend the sort out on April 4th from 8:00 - 8:45pm.
- Players who are already on a travel ball team DO need to attend sort outs to ensure balance on our spring teams. The 10U/11U/12U players will attend sort outs on April 12th.
- If your player is interested in trying out for the 9U, 13U, 14U, or 16U travel teams, please make sure to state that when you check in for their sort out.
